Help with Tormach Retrofit

Hello
I am working on a retrofit of a Tormach PCNC1100 CNC Milling Machine.
I am using a UC300ETH-5LPT controller and a UCBB dual Port Breakout Board.
It has already been installed and the unit is communicating successfully with the PC and the software. The system was not difficult to retrofit, and I ended up using the same motor connection wiring.
The spindle connections however, have change as there were built in relays on the Tormach board controlling change in direction and starting.
I read through the thread on the problems encountered by another member of the forum, who used these two units, and tried to avoid the same problems.
I am however, not able to get the axes to move. I am not sure why.
Can anyone assist.
Thanks in advance
