UC300ETH 5LPT + TB6600 wiring

Hi!
I'm in the middle of building a CNC router and I'm having trouble with the wiring. I'm using a UC300ETH with a 5LPT board. I'm using a IDC26 cable to connect to a screw terminal block and then to a TB6600 stepper motor driver. And then finally to a Nema 23.

Although, I'm not getting any movement on my steppers. I'm using UCCNC as motion control. When I power up the TB6600 it locks the motor shaft and whines quietly with a high pitch. I've tried switching around the cables in the terminal blocks on the stepper driver. Tried everything from having only one cable attached to all, and swithed position and polarity. But nothing. I get some erratic movement when I have one/some of the cables loose and touch the post on the stepperdriver with my hands. So power supply, stepper motor and stepper driver "must" work. But I don't know how to go on now, I'm sort of out of ideas to try next.
Any ideas? Much appreciated!

Just in case, when using direct port connection:
On the idc26 port, the input/output pins are all 5V+ (positive).
All pins from 18-25 are 5V-/gnd (negative).
Pin 26 is 5v+ for power (higher rated power output than the rest).

With 1 driver connected:
P1 to pul+
P18 to pul-
P2 to dir+
P19 to dir-
UCCNC set step to P1, dir to P2.
(if +/- are reversed when directly connected to port, it will never work).

If need to use enable:
P3 to enbl+
P20 to enbl-
UCCNC set enable to output 3.

Also remember only ports 2&3 have 1 to 9 setup as outputs.
