Triggers to drive a light tower.

I’m thinking of adding a warning light tower to indicate when the machine is “ready”, “running a program”, and in an “error or emergency stop”.
I need to work out the best place to take off a signals to trigger the lights.
My initial thoughts are;
“Error” would be on the N/C side of a relay triggered by O1.
The N/O side of that relay would feed a second relay that’s N/C connected to “Ready”.
The N/C of the second relay would feed “Running” and be triggered by O2 & O3 via diodes.
What do you see as problems with this, and/or what are alternatives to achieve my goals?
Thanks for your input.
