Switching from USB Motion card to AXBB-E

Postby salmonfins » Tue Jan 18, 2022 3:48 am

Hi Everyone, first time here.

I have an Omni CNC that has a USB motion card and it has since lost its X drive so I am swapping it out for an ethernet motion controller.|

I am having trouble understanding how the ports from the USB motion card transfer to the AXBB-E.

From what I can see:
It seems I might need to use a common ground on the AXBB-E.
I cant see where spindle control (fwd) and (REV) live on the AXBB-E

Picture of my current controller attached.

You would just use two of the outputs on the AXBB for FWD and REV.
