Analog drives / servos? Is it possible

Currently doing a retro fit on an older machine that is using analog drives and servos (Axor masterspeeds to be exact ) , they run fine and I would prefer to keep them if possible, is there anything out there that can convert the step / dir signal to an analog signal so that I can use these drivers. Thanks
