STEPPER MOTOR INSTEAD OF SPINDLE

is it possible to replace the spindle with stepper or hybrid servo motor?
if so, how to wire and how to tell the AXBB-E and UCCNC to turn it on and off????????????????

also i need to turn it on only when Z AXIS coordinate =0 otherwise turn it off along the whole design, how to do so ??????

Yes, it is possible. You wire it just like how you wire a stepper or servo drive and then configure it as step/dir spindle in the UCCNC.
