C76 Analog Inputs

Anybody using the UC300ETH with the C76 board from CNC4PC and UCCNC software. I'm have questions on analog inputs.

On the analog I/O port on the C76 when I feed pin 1 to one side of the pot (5vdc), pin 2 to the other side of the pot (gnd), and tie the pot wiper to pin 4 (analog input 2) i can see the analog value on the diagnostic scree change but I don't get the full 655335 value because I am only using 5vdc instead of 12vdc.

When I try to tie the wiper of the pot to pin3 (analog input 1) I see no change as if the pin out in the C76 manual is not correct. I even tried pin 11 for analog input 1 with no results.

My questions are how do I get the full range input values of 0-655335 on analog inputs with only 5vdc and why I can't get a reading on analog 1 if the documentation is correct.

Anybody here ever work with the C76 board?

Thanks,
Matt

You can get full range with 12Volts. 5V will give you less than the half range.

You should ask CNC4PC about the analog pinout. Maybe your connection is incorrect, maybe the documentation is wrong, please contact and ask them.

I am waiting for more info from Arturo. So the analog inputs on the UC300ETH can handle 12vdc? My first answers back from CNC4PC told me they can only handle 3.3vdc which didn't sound correct.

Ohh, sorry, I was talking about the UC300ETH-5LPT, that has 12V output and the input voltage is scaled to give a full input range on 12V input.
I'm not sure about the voltage range on the C76, you should really ask Arturo. The UC300ETH module accepts 3.3V range only, but that is the module only and I do not know the circuit on the C76, it might scale the voltage or not, Arturo (CNC4PC) could tell it to you.
