AXBB-E Servo Wiring

Postby Kenennis » Thu Mar 21, 2019 2:00 pm

I am upgrading my breakout board to an AXBB-E. My servo driver has the step (+,-) and direction (PU) (+.-) there are 4 extra connections ENA (+, -) and Alarm (+, -) .My existing breakout board has a pin marked ENA. I am anxious that I do not cause any damage to the board by making an incorrect connection. The Step and Dir are obvious but how are the ENA + and - connected. On my existing board the alarm + and - are wired through the limit switch . Not sure if that is correct but everything works

The only documentation I have states that it is a Servo Driver HM 57 D. The servo motors and drivers were part of a complete CNC machine in kit form which I bought a few years ago.If you would need more information I could ask the supplier.

Without a manual, it's difficult to help.
