Baby-steps gurusonwheels...

Are you trying to understand and learn on your own as well? We're trying to point out how to look at the labels/manuals/online diagrams, interpret, and understand what everything means, as you'll be the one swapping wires and needing to know how this works. This will be something you need to understand, both so you can get it working and so you can fix it some day when it quits working :)

Look at the pic of your VFD w/ cover off. You have two '3-wire' sets going in there. Look at the labels, compare to the manual. You have:
Bundle 1: Analog speed control
Gnd: red wire, this is the ground for the analog voltage for controlling speed
A11: black wire, this must be the analog input voltage for controlling speed
10V: yellow wire, this is the +10v used for the analog speed signal

Bundle 2: Direction on/off control
X1: red wire, this is either CW or CCW
X2: black wire, this is likely either CCW or CW (ie, interchange w/ X1 for opposite direction)
COM: Yellow wire, the common for digital inputs to your VFD.

Chase all these wires to the other end on the board, I'll bet you see very similar labels describing what they signal wires are for.

regards,
Eric

Best to be safe for sure, and there is no need to fry anything by doing trial and error wiring.

Best thing for you to do, get a voltmeter set in continuity mode, and create a list or diagram on a piece of paper of what terminals have for a label , and use the continuity meter to verify what goes where without un-bundling or disconnecting anything.

Once you have this list sorted out, you have two manuals describing what those wires are doing, it will start to make sense to you, and it will be much easier for you to post your list of signals here on the forum to ask for clarification of what terminal of the AXBB you should use for a given signal/wire.

You'll need to have a sense of what each wire/signal is doing and why, because when you get the AXBB, there is no port labeled X-pulse and X-dir, you have to assign the outputs yourself, keep track, and be able to set that up in the software. For each of my machines, I keep an excel file with the import info, what port/pin is what, whether is is active high/low, steps/unit, etc. A notebook is also a suitable tool to record all that in for future reference when your computer crashes and you lose your profile/settings. The more homework you do now, the less frustrated you'll be later, trust me, we all learn from experience :D

Eric

Let me reword what I'm trying to figure out .

Is the equipment in this box all comparable
With the AXBB without modifications .

Manuals are very confusing since they are written from
A.china man ..

Like what the heck is
5v0. And 24v0
Are they trying to say ground ?
Or what ....

There are no chinese man in our company, we are located in Hungary in the EU. :)
Yes, the 5V0 is the ground or return wire of the 5Volt power supply. And the 24V0 is the ground or return wire of the 24Volts power supply.

Was referring in general to all the manuals from
All devices . Not written for usa standards makes
Them hard to understand

Usually power supply pins are labeled like that, they are labeled as positive and ground, but the term ground can be confusing as people might think of the PE ground instead of the 0 Volts of the powersupply, this is one reason why they are labeled 24V0 and 5V0.
Furthermore, because there are 2 seperate powersupplies with 2 separate ground terminals, therefor labeling them both as GND would be not good.
Then one choice would be to label them to GND1 and GND2, but then it would be hard to see which GND is for which powersupply.
Another choice is to use 24VGND and 5VGND, but those texts are too long and then the texts would not fit on the device's label or the characters size should be reduced to let them fit, but then the labels would be hard to read.
So, stil lthe 24V0 and 5V0 are the best choice in our opinion, because the text is short and straight forward about which 0Volts is for which power supply.

And how would you give support for that?
I mean how would you describe that it is the 24V ground?
I should say 24V ground and I'm 100% sure that half of the users would not know which terminal I'm talking about, because it is a symbol which means "ground", but a part of the users have very basic to zero electrical knowledge.
Or I should then copy that symbol every time I'm writting about that terminal?
So, I see this very unpractical in regards support, it is correct symbolisation and looking nice though. :)
