Replacing MKX board with axbb-e ,vfd wiring

Postby iopturbo » Thu Sep 12, 2024 4:29 pm

I purchased a queenant with a prebuilt control box intending to upgrade it in the future but the pirated mach3 that was included was throwing errors when attempting to install on PC and I decided I would rather spend the time and setup an AXBB-E for UCCNC. I regret getting the prebuilt box because it's cramped and difficult to see what is connected where. Here is what I'm dealing with. Any advice on where to start with this?

There is an example 4 axis schematics drawing in the AXBB-E users manual.
There are also individual drawings about how to connect different sensors, switches, relays, VFD etc.
If you have the wiring sheet of your current control box then it will be probably not too hard to exchange the controller and rewire things.
