also want to make sure its not a uccnc software setup issue, right now seems in order to get spindle to turn on i have to have pid enabled but i have read elsewhere not to have it checked ? thoughts highly appreciated, thanks

okay guys im going to post some pics on what got this working for me, seems sometimes the fixes are pretty simple if you have all the info. got spindle working and configurable speed wise from uccnc, will try mach 3 later.

vfd com = 24v0 axbb-e
vfd v1 = a01 axbb-e
vfd 0v = 5v0 axbb-e
vfd forward b. wire = 02 axbb-e

leave jumper pin on
disable pid
attaching screenshots of my config. screens
man i hope this helps someone else out, pretty sure these settings work on most vfds as i have been cross referencing several. was about to buy a new vfd or use modbus for control.
anyone else got anything to add on these settings open to suggestions.
