Relay with axbb-e to control spindle

Can anyone tell me if a relay is needed to turn on and off the spindle? If so he would it be wired up?

Is this with a VFD? Which one?

Yes it's a ABB
Acs150-01u-09a8-2.
Could you help me understand why a relay would be wired with the home switches and the drivers by chance?

Update a relay was needed. Also wired it like the manual shows a relay for the driver power.
