Z probing help uccnc

I am running UCCNC software having difficulty with floating Z plasma cutting. When floating head moves down and touches steel plate and triggers the limit switch it just stops does not move upward or reset for cutting height I've changed the numbers of offset dramatically and still does not move up Just freezes at that point. I have installed a macro for THC and Z probing but still makes no difference even used post processor with probing capability does not make a difference.

I seem to have similar problems, have you ever resolved this?

I would also like to know more about floating head and adding an ohmic sensor and making them both work with the floating head as a backup
