Rotary Plasma

Hi all, hope all is well

Just a quick question, I have been using my cnc plasma for simple tube cutting.

I am currently using the Mach 3 post processor and everything works very well but there are a few small issues with this post processor since it is a bit outdated.

My question : Is there a newer post processor for uccnc
for a slaved axis system with THC and g31 probing.

I've tried a few that ships with sheetcam TNG but none work as good as the old Mach 3 PP.

The main problems I'm having with the Mach 3 rotary plugin are:

1.)Z-0 is taken from the center of the tube, regardless of sheetcam. Using a z- offset can be a bit of a hassle. For tube cutting I don't mind the inaccuracy of using Z-0 from the surface of the tube since THC will take over for the most part.

2.) There is a set safe z height that is added to sheetcams safe z, at the moment I am operating with a limited clearance under the gantry and have the CAD safe z set to 5, but it still utilizes some unchangable safe z from the post processor which is making the torch hit the proximity sensor on most jobs.

I'm thinking maybe there is a better PP to use?
