UCCNC With Capasitive Thc

Postby SHP » Thu Mar 05, 2020 1:16 pm

Is the Uccnc compatible with capasitive thc Cap04 from Agelkom? Does the software need a plasma screenset when working with plasma, or just leave it as standart?
Thanks

in your post processor you would use the M31 probe macro in place of the g31 . then in uccnc under files uccnc/profiles and macro you load the plasma M31 macro in there

or you can use the G31 in your post processor
I have attached a post processor for sheet cam you can try it uses the G31 probe .set your offset settings .for the probe switch or in your case cap unit .
and can turn off and on thc. in code with sheet cam .
it also does safe probe mode. using M213 M214 . what that does is turn on the ability to use the probe input wile cutting for anti coulision .
if you don't need that. look down in the M2 and M5 you see the codes M213 and M214 it goes on after m3 and off after m5 .
M3 spindle on torch fire and M5 spinde off torch off ..
hope this helps
