Auto level jump over points

I have problem that auto level jump over points, and insert "X0.0000 , Y0.0000 , Z0.0000" as point.
run version 1.2113
Have try to update to AutolevelCA V1.0049 but the problem is still there, i have a oscilloscop on and there is no spike or other wrong signal.
