Time for execute Callbutton

What is the timing delay between for example UC.Callbutton(114) (Toggles the M3 spindle CW button) and changes on the output pin?
Timing delay for UC.Setoutpin(...) function?
I guess it's will be equal communication buffer time (default 0.1 sec) - correct?
Also Timing delay between call THCarconsignalon_emulation button and the emulating of the THC arcon signal?
