Sorry to necro the thread but couldn't find the info.
What is the state of this plugin, Can I get a current reading from this vfd? I want the spindle RPM if possible, current (Want to see the load on the spindle to see if the cutter is working hard), control RPM of spindle.

The author stopped posting a few years ago, and the plugin hasn't been updated since then.
Can't tell if that adapter will work. If Windows sees it as an RS-485 port, then it should.

If that VFD is a genuine Huanyang, then it should work with this plugin.

Hi there, this plug in, will it work with the AXBB-E controller? do I need a plug in with the AXBB-E or just set it up?

the plugin will work with any controller, as it doesn't use the controller.

O.K, thanks Ger21 for the quick reply, I just found the spindle set up in UCCNC and I will give it a try.
