Ability to save registers, by range, and later, reload

As a user of the Autoleveler plugin, i am sometime in trouble.
The last version of the autoleveler is suppose to manage this, but until i master it....
Imagine i have gathered LOTS of values in LOTS of registers, or i use a model of gcode using lots of registers and just recalculate some register's values, i would like :
Save and reload ranges of registers values, one range after the other (practically today, i would say "from 100 to 200")
Get to know the format of the file, so i can write my own program to generate values
Want the best ?
Get a new M function, equivalent to : "Load the registers with that file containing the values".
Sexy, isn't it ?
Thanks,
Seb
