LED Z+ or Z- motion active

Additional LED please, indicating Z+ and Z- motion (would be easier than the alternative which would be to monitor the defined STEP & DIR pins for the Z-Axis and then convert this into a psedo Z+ / Z- signal, allowing for some software debounce given the step signal could be Low / High at any time the plugin loop detects Z STEP pin status).

It does not need to be accurate just indicative of Z+ and Z- motion please / representative that Z+ or Z- is active (~250msec accuracy, maybe a little higher).
