Hi Sylvain,
What version of UCCNC are you using? I had someone contact me recently trying to use it with a 'Stepcraft' version of UCCNC, which isn't a problem in itself, but I think the version of UCCNC that it was based on is the issue (they had something like v 1.2006 of UCCNC, and plugins weren't showing up). It was an older version before the plugins were based on .Net 4.0, and I believe that was the issue. Once he installed a recent UCCNC version, no issues loading any plugins.
Please install one of the recent development versions of UCCNC from here:
http://www.forum.cncdrive.com/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=240&p=18850#p18850. I believe the last stable release v1.2111 would also work fine. FYI, you can have a number of UCCNC versions loaded next to one another for testing purposes, and so you don't have to alter your existing setup either. I like keeping a number of versions installed (I currently keep 6 versions installed), and using version number as part of its install folder name.
regards,
Eric
