When you click the "Apply Settings" and "Save Settings" buttons, they will reset every single DRO and Checkbox stored in your profile if they are not currently in the screenset.
In my case, I added the two buttons to my "Tools" page, before I had added any other settings pages. While testing them, I basically turned off every single setting in my profile, and set every DRO to read 0.
So, if you are adding those buttons to a screen, you might not want to use them until the screen is complete.
