Hello
I just purchased the uc300eth-5lpt and received the item but not the license key. Keep emailing you guys but no response. Can someone please help

Who did you purchase it from? Have you checked your spam folders?

I purchased it from this website. Checked the spam emails and couldn’t find anything.
I originally placed an order for UC100 but when I received the email for payment I asked to change it to UC300-5LPT

Your license key was not sent automatically, because you asked for a replacement license key.
If it was a new license then our shipping software would send it out together with the tracking number.
I sent your license key today morning.
