No Limit Switch

Hello I have 3 limit switches on my machine. When setting up the machine in Axis Setup,
at the Y-axis made in the Calibrate Axis the test in 100mm . When I manually enter Y -100 in the MDI G00, my machine goes back and full on the limit switch and overruns it. When I look in Diagnostics afterwards, the LED at port 10 is off.
I installed a new limit switch and moved the Y axis by hand.
Question: Why did the limit switch not react?

None of the UCxxx controllers has 10 ports, so I assume that it is pin 10. When you enter the port/pin number then press the enter key and Apply or Save. Go to the diag screen, trigger manually the limit switch and check the input and in the I/O function box the limit states.

If the input works and the limit states don't then the limit input is not set. Check again and don't forget to apply or save. Which controller do you use?

OK, then port 1 pin 10 is an input pin, it must work.

Hello
When I move my axle and activate the limit switch
The machine should stop. However, my machine continues to move.

Have you got the wiring right?. I'm only really used to npn ones.
If they're 3 wire npn type sensors the Black is normally the input, Blue is power GND, Brown is power +ve.
Black/Blue mixed up?.

Where do you see them? In the I/O monitor or the I/O functions monitor frame? If you see them only in the I/O monitor frame then the inputs work fine but the limits are not set to use these inputs (on the axis setup pages).
