Can anyone tell me, if is it possible to edit the toolpath screen, ie add buttons etc.

Yes. Go to Configuration/General settings, click on Edit screen. When the screen editor is started then you can change pages with pressing shift while clicking on the page buttons. You can find more details in the user manual.
