I'm doing some velocity/acceleration/sample time/frequency calculations for a torch height control I'm designing. To start I'll just be using the basic built in THC UP/DOWN capability of your motion controller boards.
In response to THC UP/DOWN input signals, what would be the longest (worst case) time it would take for the UC300/UC400 to start sending step pulses (or start step pulse deceleration if motor needs to stop or change direction) to the torch motor.
I need to know this so I can add this delay to my overall loop period.
