Contacting CNCDrive

Postby JFonte » Wed Nov 28, 2018 3:48 pm

Hi, Sorry this isn't a specific question about the software, but I thought I might find some help here. I've been trying to contact CNCDrive for a number of weeks to place an order but can't make any contact other than an automated email response that they will get back to me. I'm sure it's some simple issue, but several different addresses (from my part) have been tried, and I've sent to info@ and dubblecnc@gmail.com. Would one of the members here be in better contact with Balazs or someone else there, who could maybe alert them? I'd really appreciate it and would like to get this order placed. Many thanks in advance!

I've checked your order and our emails and we already sent you 2 emails about stock problems with the motor you need.
You needed the 45W servomotor, but we have that out of stock currently.
Please check your SPAM folder, you should have our emails there.

Thanks for the reply- I'll check with my colleague who sent the initial emails-order.

Is there any time frame for when they will be back in stock?

Hi

I have a stepcraft with a UCCNC controller. Stepcraft has a 4 axis controller that I can buy for around $100.00.

I was wondering instead if I purchased another seperate controll along with another UCCNC cable would

I be able to conected the two together and would they would act as a single unit.

This way, I would have a X,Y, Z and A axis. I then maybe able to add an additional 2 different axis for something. Or at lease if I don't want to
use the second controler I could connect it to a different CNC.
Thank you.

No, you can't run two UC100's at the same time.
What you would need is a UC300ETH or UC400ETH, both of which support 6 axis.
