Justin check your Z axis home offset, most likely is where your trouble is.

UCCNC has a default Z home offset of 50. Change it to 0.

If CNC Drive sees this, I think this should be changed in default profile.

I was happy to see in new test versions it has and option for mm or inch for default settings on install. Soon realized not for all default settings, Safe Z and Z offset are just the 2 off the top of my head.

Thank you everyone, the problem was on my Z axis setup, I had put an offset of 50 in there and that was messing up my machine cords. I switched it to zero and the touch plate macro work great.
