In my previous job I managed 160 Windows servers at a mid-size company. Fortunately, I managed
only servers, no users: the helpdesk was the opposite side of the office.
I am always nice to those guys so you would have no problems with me as user. Not easy to provide support in our organisation with a mixture of users, some know a lot about computers and network, some know nothing about anything electrically controlled, not even a lamp switch...
We are located all over Sweden, from the very south to the very north and I never actually met the guys/girls giving me support. I think they are doing a good job. In fact, it is an external company, though we regard them as "our own".
