UC100 is no longer recognized

Hello everyone,

I am using a UC100 controller on Mach3 under Win10. The last time I had the computer on was about a month ago and everything was still fine, but today Windows can no longer find the UC100 and it doesn't appear in the Device Manager either. I have already tried to reinstall the driver, unfortunately without success. The green LED lights up when I connect the controller to the computer, but nothing else happens.
Does anyone have any tips for me?

You could try a different usb cable.
