1.2115 Utility Tool not working

Hi all.

It seems since 1.2115 was released, the utility program UCXXX stored in the local files does not work - "The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCR100.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem."

It works as normal if I download the program from the CNC drive website.

This may just be something on my side, just shared for your interest - it works from the local files with 1.2113.

Cheers.

Then you probably deleted that file, because the installer installs it, it is C++ programming library file.

I am having the same issue with my utility tool.

I am running a freshly installed version of Windows 10 Pro, and when I installed Ver. 1.2115, the utility program gives the same error.

I uninstalled Ver. 1.2115, installed Ver. 1.2113 and the utility worked.

I then uninstalled Ver 1.2113 and reinstalled Ver, 1.2115, and the error popped up again.

There were no files deleted on my PC. I'm running Win 10 Pro, Version 22H2.

Do I need to install anything additionally to get the utility working?

It might be worth reporting this to the CNCdrive support team or posting in their forum for confirmation and to see if others are experiencing the same. In the meantime, grabbing the utility from their website seems like a solid workaround. that's not my neighbor
