Getting support for controller bug (USB)?

Postby jandyman » Mon Nov 12, 2018 11:57 pm

Hi,

I've got some G-code that works perfectly when "single stepped" but malfunctions when free run. I've looked at it carefully and had a friend look at it as well.

How do I go about getting support? It's got to be the UCCNC USB motion controller malfunctioning or some realtime error within UCCNC.

I can supply the g code and pictures / videos of the malfunction once I know what the process is.

The OP just sent the issue description to me in email and I replied it. It does not seems to be any bugs, but too high tolerance settings issue...
