HIYA Dan, That is not problem for ME. BUT you still cannot open a macro from any other folder other than the macro_profile folder. It is best to keep the wizards seperate same as you keep teh plugins seperate from teh Macros. ALSO there would need to be a sub folder in teh wizards folder to hold images

To me the best solutions would be for UCCNC to provide a Wizard folder as part of teh install that way everyone has it available. AND teh sub folder for images. That way anyone writing a macro Wizard would know where to store things that deal with Wizards.

C:\UCCNC\Wizards\Images

AND for teh Wizards to be able to be called from that folder by name not by Mcode. But I can now deal with teh Mcode situation better than before.

I can also combine Plugin Wizards and Macro Wizards in one Combobox menu system so you have access to all wizards from teh one pull down menu (comboBox).

Once things get standardized concerning Wizards it will be much better for everyone.

Look how ART did it in mach3. UCCNC could even be simpler and easier than that.

Hi Terry,

You can get the current profile name from field 900:

Code: Select all
string profilename = AS3.Getfield(900).Substring(8);

And this is the current macro folder path:

Code: Select all
string macropath = Application.StartupPath + @"\Profiles\Macro_" + AS3.Getfield(900).Substring(8);

MessageBox.Show("'" + macropath + "'");
