OptLasers +UNCNC + UC100 + Stepcraft D840 Issues

Very much hoping that someone with immense wisdom might be able to help.
I have a Stepcraft D840 Gen2, UCCNC, UC100 and OPT Lasers 6w laser.
Issue / settings as follows:
UCCNC Settings:
—> PWM Spindle: On
—> PWM: Pin 17, Port 1
—> PWM Frequency: 200hz
—> PWM Min/Max Duty: 0/100%
—> Spindle Relay Output: Checked (on)
—> M3 Relay: Pin 1, Port 1
—> Laser: Pin 17, Port 1, active low unchecked
—> Charge pump, E Stop, Probe: Port 0 (disabled)
Issue:
—> The laser does not fire when code is run
—> Absent of running any sequence, the laser head is “on” and pulsates (at seemingly minimal power) in a way that is similar to the charge pump signal, it is not affected by M3 / M5 / M10 / M11 / Q commands
—> Port mapper shows that O13 and O15 ports are live / outputting, and O13 is unaffected by M3 / M5 commands
I have previously figured this issue out and had the laser running, but lost the relevant settings and have now sunk 5+ hours into trying to fix.
Would someone be able to please assist?
