Skips over M6

Sometimes UCCNC (2017 Screenset V. 1.2048) will ignore an M6 tool change. This dosen't happen with every M6, most of the time it will do an M6, then next tool change it will ignore the M6 and just keep running. I have even tried to rewind the code and do a "Run from here" But the same thing will happen. Here is an example of a line code "N23130T101M6". Needless to say if I'm not watching the code run at a tool change and UCCNC skips an M6 the project will be ruined! Not GOOD! This destroys my confidence to be able to walk away while the CNC running and attend to other things.
Next Problem: When I do an "Run From here" the pop-up window "Initial movement preparation" is cut off at the bottom. How can I open the window up some at the bottom?

I have one idea is that your already have that tool number selected and the M6 macro makes the skipping then?

You mean the Window opens on the Windows system tray?
If I recall it is a Windows bug in Windows XP. Are you using XP?
Currently I don't remember the solution other than using Windows 7 or newer, but will try to look it up, hopefully I have it noted somewhere in my notes...

Nope different T-number. I've checked this before.

Make sure that you set UCCNC to Automatic Tool Change.
And as CNC Drive said, if the new tool # is the same as the current tool #, it will skip the tool change. If this happens, it puts a message in the status window to let you know.

Hmm, I've never seen that. That window is modal which has to force Windows to show it over the top of the UCCNC main window, if it does not happen like that then it is somekind of Windows problem.
