Lap Top pc and UC100

Hi there I have just purchased an Acer lap top and just wondering if it is suitable to run my home made router, I an using Uc100 controller, lap top has windows 10 pre loaded
is anyone out there using lap tops I would like to hear from you, any special features I need to switch on or off and any other info would be greatly appreciated. :D

Yes, ofcourse you can use a laptop. A laptop is not much different from a desktop, the difference is only in the "packing". :)
But ofcourse the laptop have to have enough computing power and enough CPU power to work with the UC100 and UCCNC, however todays' computers (laptops, desktops and even many tablets) are much more powerful than what is needed for our controllers and software.
