Does anyone know where to get the profile settings for a I2R 8? Bought used CNC machine without any software.

I think the best source is the manufacturer, ask the I2R CNC company.

I have submitted several requests to I2R, but no responses for 2 weeks now.

We don't have the exact wriing/settings of these machines, sorry.
You could try to check the control box and check the wiring to figure the connections, then set the port and pin numbers according to the connections.
These machines using AXBB-E controllers, you can find the datasheet and pinout on our website.
You could also try to email StoneyCNC in the UK, they might be able to help you with the informations you need.

Thanks to everyone... information really helped. X,Y,Z all moving now. Spindle wont turn on. Looking at the Pin out for the AXBB. I'm guessing the settings in UCCNC should be changed to PWM instead of a relay.

You should setup the PWM spindle and you should also set the "Spindle PWM -> Analog ch." to 1, this attaches the analog output #1 to the spindle PWM and will output a 0-10V analog signal on the Analog Output 1. of the AXBB-E.
You should also set the M3 relay to give your VFD a start signal.
