Hello,
I am setting up a "new" Win7 computer to run Mach3 with a UC100.
I have tries both the automatic installer and manual installation but either way I get the following errors when I launch Mach3:

Plugin DLL Defective. Reload.

and then:
UC100 V2_151.dll - Defective Plugin Found..ignoring..

Then Mach3 continues to load, and the UC100 does not show up as a device option.

I had it all working when I installed it on the "old" XP computer (installation was about 1 year on the XP computer)

Thoughts?

You get a defective plugin... message because something is missing for the plugin to work.
It can be the .NET framework 2.0 or the USB drivers.
You wrote you ran the automatic installer, so we can cross out the .NET framework, because the auto installer requires it and so you must have the .NET framework 2.0 installed in order for that to run.
So, what's remaining is the missing USB drivers.

Did you plug the UC100 into the USB port?
You have to plug in the UC100 at least once before the plugin will work, because then is when Windows attaches the drivers to the device.

If you already plugged it in and you still get a defective plugin message then try to follow the instructions in this document: http://www.stepcraftsupport.com/wp-cont ... -mode1.pdf
