LASER TREE module - 3 wire UCSB

Postby markoveic » Tue Sep 19, 2023 10:23 am

Thanks for your help so far, now I'm asking for help again.

I want to connect "LASER TREE 40W Laser Head 450nm" which has 3 wires: GND, 12V VCC and PWM (0/5-12V TTL/PWM). I use UCSB and UC100.

So: PWM should be connected to pin17, but where do I connect GND - to 0V of 24V or to GND of 5V on the white connector?
Also, please help me how to set up UCCNC: is it enough to select 17 - 1 under LASER, or should I also select PWM and pin 17 , port 1 ? What else is important?

I don't want to put anything at risk, I want to get information first

Thank you

You have to connect the 0V of the UCSb which is the GND of the 24V and 5V from the 24V powersupply.
Do not connect the ground of the nylon connector!
