UC300 USB transient/noise problem

My UC300 USB motion controller fail and loses connection almost every time the spindle, water pump or coolant pump turns on or off.
I guess there’s a problem with transients, but what is recommended to do. I probably could isolate the pumps but the vfd is connected to the breakout card so the problem would remain. Please help!
