400eth breakoutboard

Hello
I bought a breakout board for uc400eth but i have a problem with steps .
With active low off i measure 5V and 0V at DIR pin and 0V at STEP pin . With active low on i measure 5v at STEP pin but my stepper motor don;t spin .
I don't know where i wrong .....what you thinks ?

Do you have holding torque on the motors?
Your connection shows that you have fix connected the enable (ENA) signal of the drives.
The ENA input is usually a disable input in reality, it is usually called enaled in chinese drives however it is a disable signal, so if you driving the ENA input then the drive is disabled.
So, if you have no holding torque then the issue will be that the drive is disabled because you driving the ENA input, try to remove the ENA signal connection.
