THC settings what do you use?
Posted: Thu Nov 24, 2022 8:37 amI’m running an axbbe and the cnc4pc THC 1 with their ohmic sensor with a hypertherm 45xp and machine torch.
Just getting my THC up and running and it would be helpful to know what would be typical settings for voltage, hysteresis and delay for whatever your cutting.
I cut some 1/4 plate, and didn’t get any torch movements. The THC read the voltage at about 100v but I’m thinking I may have had the hysteresis set to high at 9v. Do I need to turn the hysteresis down?
