Blind spots in the work area

I have tool magazines that are within the softlimits of x and y. Therefore, I have to manually make sure that there are no collisions with the tools. Especially during jogging. Has anyone solved this by creating blind spots in the work area and being over-acidified by foreks. M6 when changing tools. Or is this wishful thinking?
